Our Promise Includes:

• We will match a lower price only if all of the following are true:
• The product is identical (same brand, model, size, and finish).
• The retailer is online and UK-based only.
• The retailer does not hold physical stock of the item..
• The price is not part of a sale, promotion, or discount event.
• The item is brand new - not second-hand or refurbished. Our Price Promise does not apply to discounted, auction, or marketplace websites. These include Amazon and eBay

• Live Luxora reserves the right to verify all information and decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
• We reserve the right to decline price match requests that would result in a financial loss or compromise our fair profit margins.
